Restore plc (AIM:RST), the UK's leading provider of secure and sustainable
business services for data, information, communications, and assets, announces
that it has been notified that on 18 December 2025 Charles Skinner, Chief
Executive Officer, purchased 11,001 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 272.69 pence per
share. Following this transaction Charles holds a beneficial interest in a
total of 1,701,461 Ordinary Shares.
