Transaction in Own Shares

 

Restore plc ("Restore" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 5.0 pence each ("Ordinary Shares")
through Investec Bank plc in the period from 17 March 2026 to 23 March 2026.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased Ordinary Shares. Following the
cancellation of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 136,806,067
Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
