Transaction in Own Shares

 

Restore plc ("Restore" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 5.0 pence each through Investec
Bank plc in the period from 24 March 2026 to 27 March 2026.

The company intends to cancel the purchased shares.  Following the
cancellation of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 136,705,067
Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
