** Co reports 29.5% y/y rise in Q3 consol profit; rev up 8%

** Says decline in seasonal cement demand mitigated by strong iron-making project orders delivered through OEM orders

** More than 917,000 shares traded, 4.3x the 30-day moving avg

** RHIM last up 5.8%, cutting YTD losses to 4.9%
