    * Says it revises share repurchase plan to repurchase up to 
1.2 
million shares, representing 13.7 percent of outstanding, for up 
to 2.6 billion yen in total, during the period from May 25, 2017 
to March 23, 2018  
    * The previous plan was disclosed on May 24  
    * Says it will repurchase up to 500,000 shares, representing 
5.7 
percent of outstanding, for up to 1.11 billion yen in total, via 
ToSTNeT-3, on Feb. 23
