Australia's Rimfire Pacific climbs on securing 100% stake in NSW cobalt project

** Shares of gold and copper explorer Rimfire Pacific Mining
 RIM.AX  rise as much as 12.5% to A$0.01
    ** Co secures 100% interest of Broken Hill Green View Cobalt

    ** Says base metals miner Perilya Ltd and co have reached
agreement for the return of 25 out of 27 blocks from the Windy
Ridge Joint Venture 
    ** Earlier, the Green View Project was held by the Windy
Ridge Joint Venture with Perilya holding 90% ownership and
Rimfire holding 10% ownership
    ** Co says the returned blocks are referred to as the Green
View Project where Rimfire will secure a 100% interest,
management and ongoing funding responsibilities
    ** Stock up 12.50% YTD
