Rio Tinto plc notifies the London Stock Exchange (LSE) of PDMR/KMPs interests in securities of 
Rio Tinto plc, in compliance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1. As part of a dual listed company structure, Rio Tinto voluntarily notifies the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) of such dealings and both ASX and LSE of all dealings by PDMR/KMPs in Rio Tinto Limited securities.
