Increase in ore reserves at Escondida
25 August 2015
On 25 August 2015, as part of its annual results announcement for the year ended 30 June 2015, BHP Billiton announced an increase of 11 per cent in the ore reserves at Escondida, the open-pit porphyry copper operation, in which Rio Tinto holds a 30 per cent interest.
