Update to Rio Tinto Limited 2016 interim dividend ex-dividend date

Following ASX's confirmation that it will introduce a T+2 settlement cycle effective 7 March 2016,the ex-dividend date for the 2016 interim dividend for Rio Tinto Limited ordinary shares will now be 11 August 2016, not 10 August as previously advised (on 8 February 2016). All other dates for Rio Tinto's 2015 final and 2016 interim dividends remain unchanged.
Accordingly, set out below are the restated dates for the Rio Tinto plc and Rio Tinto Limited 2015 final and 2016 interim dividends.
