    ** Co signed deal with Indian government for services and
projects involving water infrastructure 
    ** Stock among top five pct gainers on Nifty small-cap index
 .NIFSMCP100 , which is up 0.7%

    ** Stock eyes busiest trading session in nearly seven weeks,
volumes at 4.1x the 30-day avg
