Profile Summary

Rites Limited is an India-based engineering and consultancy company. The Company offers transport infrastructure consultancy, engineering and project management services. It provides its services through five operational segments that include Consultancy Services, Turnkey Construction Projects, Export of rolling stock, equipments and spares, Leasing of railway rolling stock and equipments, and Power generation. The Company provides consultancy in transport infrastructure; leasing, exports, maintenance and rehabilitation of rolling stock, railway equipment and modernization of railway workshops, and rehabilitation, operation and maintenance of railway systems. It is also engaged in the business of generating power from windmills and solar energy plants; power trading; manufacturing and rehabilitation of wagons, and carrying out civil construction work. It also provides project management consultancy, inspection, quality assurance services.
