Rivco Australia rises on extending buyback program

** Shares of Rivco Australia RIV.AX rise as much as 3.6% to A$1.46, on track for their best session since January 20
** Water supply solutions provider extends on-market share buyback program until June 21, 2027, extending from June 19, 2026
** Co to buy back up to 10% of issued capital in any 12-month period without shareholder approval
** Also added there is no certainty it will acquire 100% of the shares available for purchase under the share buyback program
** YTD, RIV nearly flat
