** Shares of Rivco Australia RIV.AX rise as much as 1.8% to A$1.46, set for best session since April 7

** Water supplies solutions provider executes water lease agreement with Kyndalyn Park

** Lease term is five years with a contract value of about A$11.7 million ($8.37 million)

** Co says following execution of the lease, about 82% of co's portfolio (by value) is
expected to be leased from July 1
