Aug 22 (Reuters) - Riverstone Holdings Ltd  RVHL.SI : 
 
 * Construction of phase 4 new glove factory building in Perak, Malaysia  RVHL.SI  
 * Says total contract sum for transaction is RM17 million 
 * Says Eco Medi Glove Sdn Bhd had awarded to a company incorporated in Malaysia for the construction of a new glove factory building 
 * Transaction was entered into in the ordinary course of business of the group and will be funded from internal and external resources 
 * Transaction not expected to have any material impact on consolidated nta and EPS of group for the current financial year ending 31 December 2016 
 * New glove factory building can potentially add a production capacity by approximately 1.0 billion gloves to 7.2 billion gloves per annum
