** Shares of RLF AgTech  RLF.AX  rise as much as 8.7% to
A$0.075, their highest level since March 25
    ** Stock on track for a fourth consecutive session of gain
    ** Technology-driven plant nutrition co has entered into
binding business sale deed to acquire business assets of
LiquaForce for A$4.5 mln ($2.94 mln)
    ** Says acquisition to be highly revenue- and
margin-accretive
    ** Stock down 31.8% this year, as of last close
