** Shares of tech-driven plant nutrition co RLF AgTech
 RLF.AX  rise as much as 7.4% to A$0.145, mark their biggest
intraday pct gain since May 25
    ** Co signs an exclusive distribution agreement with a local
distributor Total Agree (Cambodia) Co Ltd for the distribution

    ** Says the agreement's Stage 1 distribution is for a
minimum sales commitment of $1.7 mln over 5 years
    ** More than 1.1 mln shares trade hands, 5 times the 30-day
