The Company has been notified that Michaela Tod, Non-executive Director of the
Company, purchased 3,275 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") on 12 May 2026 at an average price of 91.6 pence per share. As a
result, Michaela Tod's holding in the Company is now 3,275 Ordinary Shares.
