Director dealingS AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
Robinson plc ("Robinson" or "the Company"; stock code: RBN), the custom manufacturer of plastic and paperboard packaging based in Chesterfield, was notified that Mrs Sarah Clothier, the wife of Chairman Richard Clothier, purchased 16,666 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 120p on 29 March 2017. Accordingly Richard Clothier is now interested in a total of 54,548 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.3% of the total voting rights of the Company.
On 29 March 2017 Guy Robinson exercised 109,944 share options with an exercise price of 69p. Accordingly Guy Robinson is now interested in a total of 999,444 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 6.0% of the total voting rights of the Company. These Ordinary Shares were transferred from treasury.
On 29 March 2017 Adam Formela exercised 109,141 share options with an exercise price of 43p. Accordingly Adam Formela is now interested in a total of 309,944 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 1.9% of the total voting rights of the Company. These Ordinary Shares were transferred from treasury.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue remains 17,687,223, of which 1,073,834 are held in treasury. Accordingly, the figure of 16,613,389 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
