SURPLUS PROPERTY UPDATE
Robinson plc ("Robinson", the "Company" or the "Group"; stock code: RBN), the
custom manufacturer of plastic and paperboard packaging, is pleased to provide
an update on the status of the divestment of the Company's surplus properties.
In line with our Surplus Property Update on 7 August 2025 and most recently
described on 23 December 2025, the Company is pleased to announce the
completion of the sale of the Hipper House surplus property. Exchange of
contracts and completion took place simultaneously on 1 May 2026. The
consideration due on completion is £760,000 and the Company has committed to
pay future costs of up to £30,000. The net proceeds of £730,000 will be used
to reduce current bank debt. The property attracted rental income of £25,224
during 2025 and the book value was £316,519 at 31 December 2025.
The intention of the Group remains, over time, to realise value from the
disposal of surplus properties and use the proceeds to reduce indebtedness and
develop our packaging business.
