Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Rockfire Resources plc (LON: ROCK), the base metal, critical mineral and
precious metal exploration company, announces that it has posted a circular
(containing a notice of General Meeting) and form of proxy to shareholders
setting out further details regarding the Placing to raise £3.0 million as
announced on 12 December 2025.

The General Meeting is due to be held electronically at 9:30a.m. (GMT) on 2
January 2026.
