Posting of Report & Accounts and 2015 Annual General Meeting
Further to the announcement of the results for the nine month period ended 31 December 2014 on 9 April 2015, Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH) confirms that its Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2014 are now available on the Company's website at www.rockhopperexploration.co.uk. Hard copies will be posted to those shareholders who elected to receive them on 24th April 2015 together with the documentation for the 2015 Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at 10.30am on Tuesday 19th May 2015 at Plaisterers' Hall, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5JU. Details of the arrangements will be posted on the Company's website in advance of the meeting.
