Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas exploration and production company with interests in the North Falkland Basin and Greater Mediterranean region, is pleased to announce that, pursuant to the completion of the all-share merger with Falkland Oil and Gas Limited ("FOGL"), Tim Bushell (former Chief Executive Officer of FOGL) and John Martin (former Chairman of FOGL) have been appointed to the board of Rockhopper as Non-Executive Directors. Mr Bushell will also be appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Mr Martin will be appointed as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee.
In terms of the appointment of Timothy Paul Bushell (aged 56) to the Board, there is no information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, save for the following:
