Director/PDMR Shareholding

Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas exploration and
production company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin, announces
that on 6 April 2023, Alison Baker, Senior Independent Director has, in order
to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 142,865 Ordinary shares of 1 pence
each (Ordinary Shares) at a price of 10.725 pence per Ordinary Share and then
purchased into an Individual Savings Account (ISA) 142,753 Ordinary Shares at
the same price. Following the completion of the sale and purchase, her
ultimate beneficial ownership is 212,753 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of
the Company's total voting rights.
