Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas exploration and
production company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin, announces
that Alison Baker, Senior Independent Director, has sold a total of 50,000
ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares"). The sale of Shares
completed on 4 June 2025. Alison Baker retains 234,181 Shares in the Company,
representing of the 0.036% of the issued share capital of the Company.
