Directors Dealing and Total Voting Rights
Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas exploration and production company with interests in the North Falkland Basin and the Greater Mediterranean region, provides the following update regarding the Rockhopper Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), including the participation of certain directors.
Share Incentive Plan (SIP)
The Trustee of the SIP has approved the issue of 22,629 and 20,844 Rockhopper shares under the terms of the SIP on behalf of employees and officers of the Company in respect of the months of February and March respectively. The issue of shares under the SIP has been made under the Company's existing block listing entitlement.
As previously advised in an RNS dated 29th January 2015, details of the directors' participation will be made on a quarterly basis. Set out below is the directors' participation in the SIP for the three month period ended 31 March 2016.

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that, following the issue of 43,473 shares under the terms of the SIP, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company as at 31 March 2016 consists of 456,505,064 shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share).
