Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas exploration and production company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin and the Greater Mediterranean region, confirms that the Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 (the "Report"), Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice") and Form of Proxy are today being dispatched to shareholders in accordance with shareholders' instructions. The Report and AGM Notice are available in the Investors section on the Company's website atwww.rockhopperexploration.co.uk.
The AGM will be held at 11.00am on Tuesday 16 May 2017 at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street,LondonEC2A 2HA.
