Notice of 2020 AGM
 
Further to the announcement of the Company's full year results for the year ended 31 December 2019 on 8 April 2020, Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH) confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 will be available on the Company's website later today. Hard copies have today been posted to those shareholders who elected to receive them, together with documentation concerning the 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
 
The AGM is scheduled to be held on Monday, 1 June 2020. As a result of the ongoing coronavirus global pandemic and the measures that the UK Government has put in place restricting public gatherings of more than two people and all but essential travel, for the safety of our shareholders, our employees, our advisers and the general public, attendance at the AGM in person will not be possible this year and shareholders or their appointed proxies (other than the chair of the AGM) will not be permitted entry to the AGM.

The Company plans to hold a private investor day later in the year (circumstances permitting) which will give shareholders the opportunity to meet and have dialogue with the Board in person.
