Result of Annual General Meeting and Change of Financial Year End
Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas exploration and production company with interests in the North Falkland Basin and the Mediterranean region, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held today were duly passed. Rockhopper also announces that its accounting reference date is being changed from 31 March to 31 December.
The change of the Company's financial year end is to bring the Company's reporting cycle in line with the majority of its peers.
The next unaudited interim results will remain in respect of the six month period ending 30 September 2014 and, as a result of the change to the financial year end, the next audited financial statements to be published will be for the 9 month period to 31 December 2014.
