Rockhopper Exploration plc, the oil and gas company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin and the Greater Mediterranean region, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held today were duly passed. As previously announced, Pierre Jungels stood down at the AGM as Non-executive Chairman, and was replaced by David McManus.
