Total Voting Rights
In respect of the month of September 2016 the Company has on 28 September 2016 issued 22,468 shares as part of the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"). 
In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that, as at 28 September 2016, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company consisted of 456,593,031 shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). 
The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury at the date of this disclosure. The issued share capital figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The issue of shares under the SIP have been made under the Company's existing block listing entitlement.
