United, the AIM listed oil and gas exploration, development and production
company, announces that following issue of ordinary shares to Rockhopper
Exploration Plc ("Rockhopper") as part consideration for the acquisition of
Rockhopper Egypt Pty Limited, the Company has received the following TR-1
