Rockwood Strategic Plc (the "Company"), announces that as at 19 April 2024 the
unaudited net asset value (NAV) per ordinary share was 215.47 pence.

 

 

The above NAV calculation is based on 31,444,090 ordinary shares in issue with
a nominal value of 5 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares").
