Rockwood Strategic Plc (the "Company"), announces that as at 04 April 2025 the
unaudited net asset value (NAV) per ordinary share was 235.77 pence.

 

 

The above NAV calculation is based on 38,817,663.00 ordinary shares in issue
with a nominal value of 5 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares").
