Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) announces that it received notice on 31 March 2026 that, Noel Lamb, Chairman and PDMR of the Company, purchased 5,300 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at a price of 258.00 pence per ordinary share, on 31 March 2026.

Following this purchase, Mr Lamb is interested in 50,000 ordinary shares representing 0.08% of RKW's issued share capital.
