Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) announces that it received notice on 30 September 2026 that Mrs Suzanne Staveley, the wife of Richard Staveley, PDMR of the Company, purchased 8,079 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at a price of 313.95 pence per Ordinary Share on 30 September 2026.
Following the purchase, Mr Staveley, together with his wife, is interested in 455,228 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 0.7% of RKW's issued share capital.
