Rome Resources plc, the DRC-focused tin and copper explorer, announces that Serge Tshitembu has resigned from the board of directors of Rome (the "Board" or the "Directors") for personal reasons.

 

Paul Barrett, Chief Executive Officer of Rome, commented:

 

"I would like to personally thank Serge for his contribution to the Board including his involvement in the Company's reverse takeover in 2024 and wish him well in all his future endeavours."
