Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Rome Resources plc, the DRC-focused tin and copper explorer, announces that the Company will be posting a Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy later today.

 

The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Fasken Martineau LLP, 6th Floor, 100 Liverpool Street, London EC2M 2AT on 30 July 2025 at 11.00 a.m.

 

A copy of the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will shortly be available from the Company's website www.romeresources.com.
