AGM Results

The Board of RTC announces that at the Annual General Meeting held at 12:00
midday today:

·      Board-proposed resolutions 1-9 were passed; and

·      Shareholder-proposed resolutions 10 and 11 were not passed.

A poll was called on all resolutions, the results of which are outlined below.

The Board notes that although Board resolution 2 was passed, and shareholder
resolutions 10 and 11 were not passed, more than 20% of the votes were cast
against the Board's recommendation in each case. The Board remains committed
to an open dialogue and will continue to consult with investors to understand
their feedback following the AGM.
