** Shares of Rumble Resources  RTR.AX  rise as much as 18.4%
to A$0.045, set for their best day since mid-April 2021 as of
0445 GMT if gains hold 
    ** Stock hits its highest level since June 3
    ** Co announces it has entered into subscription agreement
with India's Bain Resources Holdings (BRH); BRH will invest A$1
million ($0.7 mln) in co under deal  
    ** Over 4.7 mln shares traded, 6.7x the 30-day average
    ** RTR down ~45% YTD including current session's moves
