** Stock list at 305 rupees, which was also the IPO price
** Co valued at 45.07 billion rupees ($468.1 million)
** IPO comprises fresh issue of 5 billion rupees and offer for sale of shares totaling 5 billion rupees
** Co plans to use the proceeds to repay its loans and fund acquisitions of future real estate projects
