EU's top court upholds annulment of Lufthansa state aid approval
BRUSSELS, April 23 (Reuters) - The European Union's top court said on Thursday that it upheld the annulment of the European Commission's approval of Germany's 6 billion euro bailout of airline Lufthansa LHAG.DE during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The original ruling, issued in 2023, came from a legal action started by Irish airline Ryanair RYA.I.
