Portuguese police say no bomb found on Ryanair Lisbon-Rome flight LISBON, Nov 6 (Reuters) - No bomb was found on a Ryanair flight bound for Rome from Lisbon after authorities received an anonymous bomb threat, Portuguese police said on Friday.
Hoax bomb threats disrupted dozens of passenger flights across Europe on Thursday, forcing unplanned landings by some planes and prompting fighter jets to escort or intercept others, in a dramatic escalation after an initial wave earlier this week.
