** Ryder Capital RYD.AX rises 4.4% to A$1.68, highest since January 21, 2022

** Stock marks biggest intraday pct gain since September 25

** Investment firm implements new policy to increase dividends with quarterly payments

** Plans to declare dividends of 3 Au cents/share in each of remaining 3 quarters of FY26, implying annualised payment of 12 Au cents/share - up 20% y/y

** Says first quarterly dividend will be paid in January

** About 117,937 shares traded, ~2x the 30-day average

** YTD, RYD gains ~25%
