entered into framework agreement with purchaser in respect of
disposals
* Property disposal consideration is RMB42.5 million
* Pursuant to framework agreement, Shanghai Medicilon Inc
has agreed to purchase block 4 from Bestlinkage Nhi Co
* Group expects to recognise a gain on property disposal of
approximately HK$596,000
