** Shares of S2 Resources  S2R.AX  rise as much as 20% to
A$0.150 - set for best day since Aug 11, 2022, if gains hold
    ** Mineral exploration co says its unit signed an agreement
with the Taungurung Land and Waters Council
    ** Co says agreement is the final one required by the
Victorian Government as a prerequisite for processing co's
Greater Fosterville exploration licence application
    ** Stock at its highest level since April 18
    ** Stock down 24.2% YTD, as of last close
