("S(4) Capital" or the "Company")

Notification of a transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMR")

The Company received notification on 26 September 2022 that Rupert Faure
Walker had bought 98,408 ordinary shares of £0.25 each at an average price
of £1.5648 each (for an aggregate price of £153,988.84).

 

Following this purchase, Rupert Faure Walker is interested in 1,008,450
ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.179% of the
entire issued share capital of the Company.

The notification below is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of UK law by virtue of
the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
