("S(4) Capital" or the "Company")

Notification of a transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMR")

The Company received notification on 26 September 2022 that Colin Day had
bought 18,000 ordinary shares of £0.25 each at an average price of £1.5097
each (for an aggregate price of £27,174.10).

 

Following this purchase, Colin Day is interested in 109,695 ordinary shares in
the Company, representing approximately 0.0195% of the entire issued share
capital of the Company.

The notification below is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of UK law by virtue of
