Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) Outlook Revised to Stable from Negative
by S&P Global Ratings

LHP is pleased to announce that S&P Global Ratings has revised its outlook
on the long-term issuer credit rating on LHP to stable from negative. The
rating agency also affirmed its 'A-' long-term issuer credit rating.

This is mainly underpinned by well-defined investments in existing homes and
LHP's decision to pause uncommitted development to accommodate these
investments. LHP's strong liquidity position and experienced management team
will support the delivery of this investment strategy.
