S&P affirmed FLOENE rating at 'BBB-' on refinancing and regulatory
decisions, with outlook stable

 

 

 

Lisbon, June 12, 2023

 

 

Floene Energias, S.A. ("FLOENE") hereby announces that S&P Global Ratings
("S&P") affirmed its 'BBB-' long-term corporate credit rating with stable
outlook.

 

S&P highlights the continuity of the current regulatory framework for the
next regulatory period that will start on January 1, 2024 and expects that the
Company will successfully refinance its unsecured bonds due in September 2023.
