S&U was advised today that on 27 October, following the grant of probate in respect of the estate of the late Mrs CMG Coombs, 14,225 31.5% Cumulative Preference Shares of 12.5p each in the Company (“Cumulative Preference Shares”) held by her estate have been transferred for nil consideration to Graham Coombs, Deputy Chairman of S&U, beneficiary of the estate, who is a PDMR of the Company. 


 


The estate of the late Mrs CMG Coombs no longer holds any Cumulative Preference Shares in the Company.
